City of Richmond Announces Closures for Inclement Weather

Due to the
anticipated inclement weather, City of Richmond Administration has announced the release all non-essential employees at 4 p.m. All Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Facility activities scheduled for Wednesday February 12, 2014 are cancelled for this evening.
